🕒 1. Reporting Period
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery. After this window, your wellness journey is considered to have begun, and we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect deliveries immediately and notify us promptly.
📷 2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You send clear photos or video showing any damage, spoilage, or incorrect items.
Order includes purchase details (order number, date, and delivery confirmation).
Any containers without caps, opened, tampered with, or consumed will be considered ineligible for return/exchange.
✅ 3. Accepted Cases
Returns and replacements are available for:
Damaged or leaking bottles
Spoiled or off-tasting juice upon delivery
Incorrect blends or bottles that do not match your order
Delivery to the wrong address entered by us
❌ 4. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Unfortunately, the following cases aren’t eligible:
Any opened or partially consumed juices
Returns reported more than 6 hours after delivery
Customer-initiated returns for change of mind (without defect)
🔁 5. Return & Exchange Process
Email us within 6 hours at justdetoxofficial@gmail.com with your order ID, photos, and issue.
Our support team will respond within 12–24 hours with confirmation and next steps.
For valid returns, we will provide a prepaid courier pick-up if the error was ours.
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will arrange for a replacement or refund—your choice.
💸 6. Refunds
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned bottle(s).
If requested, we can also process store credit or send replacement product(s) directly.
📦 7. Exchanges
If you have received the wrong variant or flavor, or the product is damaged, we will gladly send a replacement free of cost. Shipping time to receive a replacement is typically 2–5 business days.
📝 8. Shipping Damages
In cases of shipping damage (smashed bottle, leakage, etc.), provide images of the intact shipping packaging and damaged contents. We will promptly rectify the issue—either by replacement or refund.
